About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Help in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, internship certificates, etc.
- Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day HR operational tasks.
- Support payroll-related data collection and attendance management (if required).
- Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees as needed.
- Work on assigned HR projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Completed graduation.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
