About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the daily operations of our HR department. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Help in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, internship certificates, etc.
  • Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day HR operational tasks.
  • Support payroll-related data collection and attendance management (if required).
  • Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees as needed.
  • Work on assigned HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Completed graduation.
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
