Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, including drafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management, and helping in HR-related administrative duties. Additional tasks include organizing HR projects, providing support in recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations to maintain workplace efficiency and harmony.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and experience in HR Management
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with HR software or systems is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and organizational growth
