Role Description
This is an on-site volunteer role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Rohini. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management initiatives. Additionally, the intern will help coordinate activities within the organization, participate in recruitment processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
- Experience or familiarity with creating and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for contributing to mental health and well-being initiatives
