Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Gurugram with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This intern will assist the HR department in various aspects, such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management, and contributing to overall HR operations. Responsibilities will include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting in onboarding, and ensuring compliance with human resources guidelines. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR management while contributing to the organization's growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative work environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and labor laws is an advantage
