Role Description

This is a Full-time/Part time REMOTE UNPAID INTERNSHIP role for a Human Resources Intern duration 3 MONTHS located in India. The HR Intern will assist in various HR tasks, such as supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to ensure workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management techniques
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program)
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools is an advantage
