Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview availability and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding kits, and documentation.
- Coordinate with new joiners for required forms and HRMS setup.
- Support smooth onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain and update employee data, trackers, and HRMS records.
- Help in drafting HR communications, notices, and policy documents.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee file audits.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
- Gather feedback from employees to support HR improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of confidential HR records.
- Support background verification processes.
- Assist with any additional HR tasks as assigned.
