Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview availability and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding kits, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with new joiners for required forms and HRMS setup.
  • Support smooth onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data, trackers, and HRMS records.
  • Help in drafting HR communications, notices, and policy documents.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and employee file audits.
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from employees to support HR improvements.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of confidential HR records.
  • Support background verification processes.
  • Assist with any additional HR tasks as assigned.
