About the Role
We're looking for a sharp and motivated HR Intern who wants to learn the ropes of managing high-performance online teams, building people systems, and driving team culture at a fast-growing consumer brand.
This is a remote internship where you'll work directly with the founder and team leads gaining hands-on experience in people management, hiring processes, coordination, and internal communication systems.
What You'll Learn & Do- Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for creative, marketing, and operations roles
- Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and communicate with applicants
- Help set up and maintain team structure, SOPs, and reporting systems
- Monitor team accountability and weekly progress
- Take ownership of internal check-ins, updates, and cultural engagement
- Contribute to building a strong, organized remote work environment
Who You Are- A student or recent graduate passionate about HR, startups, or team building
- A clear communicator with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good with Google Sheets, basic documentation, and time management
- Ready to take initiative and grow in a fast-paced, creative startup culture
- Bonus if you've managed projects or people in any capacity before (college clubs, etc.)
