Overview:

-Work Type: Remote (Work from Home)

-Time Zone: US PST / EST (Flexible scheduling within these zones)

-Duration: 6 months (180 days)

-Employment Type: Internship

Eligibility:

-Available to start immediately.

-Commitment of at least 6 months.

-Comfortable working in US PST/EST time zones.

-Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

-Relevant skills, coursework, or prior exposure to HR or staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the HR Manager and Recruitment team.

-Support global recruitment and staffing initiatives.

-Assist with live hiring assignments across roles and regions.

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and feedback.

-Coordinate documentation, visa requirements, and candidate formalities.

-Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate subsequent interview rounds.

Education:

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a College or University degree.

-Candidates with relevant skills and a strong interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
