Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at SynGrow Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. The intern will support HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and maintaining HR documentation. Day-to-day tasks will involve assisting in onboarding new hires, coordinating with teams for scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and participating in HR initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to HR policies, processes, and practical workforce management in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • HR Operations and Documentation: Familiarity with maintaining records, managing HR-related databases, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication alongside the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Employee Engagement and Training: Interest or experience in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Ability to operate in a self-driven, flexible manner to adapt to evolving priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
