Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, policy management, and employee engagement. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support daily HR activities and contribute to building an efficient HR environment.
This role requires strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic HR setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
HR Operations Support
Support daily HR administrative activities
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Help manage HR data and ensure accuracy of employee information
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
Employee Engagement and Benefits
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
Assist with employee benefits administration and related queries
Help coordinate internal communication and HR initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with different departments to support HR requirements
Communicate with candidates and employees professionally
Assist HR managers in coordinating HR related projects
Project Execution Support
Support HR projects and initiatives assigned by the HR team
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Provide regular updates to HR managers regarding ongoing tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field
1+ year of experience in HR or HR internship experience preferred
Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and HR policies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR tools is a plus
Interest in technology or life sciences industry is preferred
Requirements:
Available to start within short notice
Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment preferred
Freshers or candidates with internship experience can apply
