Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidate profiles based on business and hiring requirements.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Brief candidates about the role, company, and interview process.
  • Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data in the MIS system.
  • Support additional HR activities and administrative tasks as required.

  • Education & Qualification

    • MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).

    • Candidates with strong interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
    • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
