Role Overview: As an HR Intern at Rupeek, you will support our recruitment team in driving campus hiring, sales recruitment, and volume hiring initiatives. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on field sales, bulk hiring, and talent acquisition strategies for campus and job fair recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement programs, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys or discussions and track engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.
Contribute to internal communication campaigns on culture, wellness, and recognition activities via emails, newsletters, or intranet posts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience and participation.
HRBP Activities
Support HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives related to performance
management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and documentation to support data-driven
decisions.
Participate in discussions with business teams to understand people's challenges and
support action planning
Employee Relations & Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure
compliance with data protection policies.
Act as the first point of contact (SPOC) for employees, addressing and resolving routine
HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (payroll, IT, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth
employee operations.
