We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR policies, making it an excellent learning opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
