Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team for a span of 3 months. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR processes, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Organizing and updating personnel files (digital & physical)
  • Maintaining HR tools and trackers
  • Updating checklists, templates, and documentation repositories
  • Supporting data cleanup activities
  • Assisting with routine HR operational tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
