Key Responsibilities:
- Panel Sourcing: Source qualified IT professionals from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an active database of verified IT panels.
- Onboarding: Send onboarding emails to new interview panels and provide them with necessary platform credentials.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate the assignment of panels to Non IT interviews and ensure timely closure of all open roles.
- Follow-Up: Review CVs, connect with potential candidates, and follow up until they are successfully assigned.
- SME Calls Coordination: Arrange relevant panels for SME calls and collaborate with the Operations team.
- Ongoing Coordination: Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth assignment processing, panel sharing, and organizing SME calls.
- Training & Maintenance: Follow up with non-trained panels for their training and remove inactive or non-compliant panels.
- Query Management: Address and resolve panel-related queries regarding interviews, payments, and dashboards.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to extend working hours as required and contribute to other departments based on business needs
First 3 month it will be an internship program. Based on performance it will be converted into a full time employment.
