We're Hiring: HR Intern (6-Month Internship)

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to real HR operations from recruitment to employee engagement.

This internship is ideal for someone who wants more than theory and is excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.

What You'll Do

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with the HR team and support core people operations, including:

  • Assisting with recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Managing and maintaining HR documentation and records.
  • Helping with performance management tracking and reporting.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Preparing HR trackers, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicating with candidates and employees professionally and confidently.
  • Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong communicator with good verbal and written skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace and email communication (preferred).
