Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, assist in creating and implementing HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and help manage personnel files. Additionally, the intern will gain hands-on experience in HR management, including tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to develop core HR competencies and contribute to a dynamic team in a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management, including recruitment and onboarding processes
- Familiarity with HR Policies and compliance standards
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits programs
- Experience or coursework in Personnel Management and team collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and multi-task
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
