Job Description

We are seeking a fresh graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and passionate about making a career in human resources.

Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Requirement: Immediate

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site and off-site employee engagement activities and events.

2. HR Management System (HRMS) Support

  • Support the HR team in the day-to-day HRMS operations, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.

3. Recruitment Operations & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and business heads.
  • Communicate post-interview feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and manage online interview calls.
  • Assist in talent acquisition by drafting job descriptions and posting openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, career pages, and other job portals.
  • Connect with college placement cells to source interns and full-time candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.

4. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as relieving letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, and transfer letters.
  • Coordinate with different business units to support HR compliance processes, including sharing new joiner and exit employee data for PF addition/deletion with the Finance team.

5. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and regularly update HR records for PAN-India employees (new joiners and exits).
  • Support the analysis and reporting of key HR metrics, including:
  • Employee demographics
  • Attrition and retention analysis
  • Gender ratio
  • Headcount data
  • Training and development analysis
  • Organogram maintenance
  • Exit interview analysis

6. Onboarding

  • Support and guide new joiners throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

7. Industry Trends & HR Initiatives

  • Stay updated on emerging HR trends, policies, and the use of AI in HR practices within the industry.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, reduce attrition, and improve overall organizational performance.
