Job Opportunity: Human Resource Intern

Role Definition :

The Human Resource Intern will work closely with the Human Resources team to support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure develop a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management and workplace engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Duration of Internship

  • This internship will be for a duration of 6 months. Based on performance, the candidate may be considered for a permanent role within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology or,
  • Pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Assist in organizing celebrations, campaigns, and workplace programs to enhance employee experience.
  • Coordinate with teams to drive participation and ensure successful execution of engagement activities.
  • Maintain and organize employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and experience certificates.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
