We're looking for an HR Intern who's excited to build teams in a fast-paced startup environment. This role goes beyond traditional HR you'll actively contribute to hiring for influencer marketing, brand, tech, and data roles while shaping employee experience at Lehlah.
What You'll Work On
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Source and hire for roles like Influencer Marketing Associates, Brand Executives and Data Analysts.
- Screen profiles across LinkedIn, job portals, and creator communities.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
2. Onboarding & HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth joining experiences
- Maintain employee data and documentation
- Support HR processes like attendance, engagement tracking, etc.
3. Culture & Engagement
- Plan and execute fun engagement activities, office initiatives, and team-building ideas
- Contribute to building a high-energy and collaborative work culture
Who we are looking for
- Interested in HR, startups, and people management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understands social media, influencer ecosystem, or is willing to learn.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Prior internship or exposure to hiring / coordination.
