Human Resources Intern

Job Title: Human Resource Intern (Hiring/Recruitment)

Location: Remote/India

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Unpaid

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support in employer branding activities, such as career fairs or social media campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
