Human Resources Intern

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The candidate will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, manage employee records, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and help with employee benefits and personnel management. The role requires daily collaboration with the HR team to provide administrative support and improve workplace initiatives. This is an on-site opportunity located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Basic understanding of Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a plus
• Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is an advantage
