Prayanam Industries is an aerospace and defence contractor building precision sensing and avionics systems for Indian and global platforms. We work on real-world programmes and we are growing fast. This role puts you at the centre of that growth: helping build the people systems of a serious deep-tech company from the ground up.
What you will do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment — job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and statutory compliance registers.
- Assist in onboarding new hires: documentation, orientation packs, and induction logistics.
- Help draft and refine HR documents — offer letters, policies, NDAs, and employment agreements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs: attendance tracking, leave records, and CTC workings.
- Support statutory compliance touchpoints (PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Contribute to building HR processes and SOPs as the company scales its headcount.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating inter-departmental communication for HR initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Students pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR specialisation) or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.
- Organised, reliable, and discreet.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Proactive attitude.
- Prior internship or project work in HR, administration, or operations is an advantage but not required.
