Job Description

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, operational HR internship at a fast-growing luxury fashion brand. You will work directly under the HR Head and get real exposure to the full spectrum of HR — with a strong focus on recruitment. This is not a passive internship — you will own tasks, manage candidates, and see the impact of your work directly.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source candidates on different sourcing channels like Linkedin Recruiter— Boolean search, direct outreach, job posting
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephonic pre-screening interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across rounds — align candidates, interviewers, and panel
  • Manage the centralised hiring tracker — update pipeline, stages, and status daily
  • Prepare and send Google Form screening questionnaires to candidates
  • Collect and file interview feedback forms post each round
  • Coordinate offer letter and pre-joining documentation process

2.HR Operations

  • Support the employee onboarding and induction process — coordinate Day 1 experience for new joiners
  • Assist in data entry, HRMS updates, and employee file management
  • Help draft HR communications, offer letters, and standard HR documents
  • Support in preparation of JDs, HR templates, and SOPs
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and R&R initiatives

3.HR Projects & Research

  • Support research and benchmarking on HR best practices, compensation trends, and talent market insights
  • Assist in designing and rolling out HR surveys, feedback forms, and pulse checks

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • MBA / PGDM with HR specialisation — final year or recently graduated is preferred
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proactive and ownership driven
