Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, maintaining personnel records, overseeing employee benefits, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Organizational and administrative skills for managing HR documentation and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with team members
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR-related software is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
