HR Projects Intern
Location: On-site, 5 days a week, Mumbai
Type: Full-time Internship (Immediate Joiners Only)
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, fast-thinking intern to support us in our ongoing HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has a natural inclination toward data, coordination, people management, and structured execution.
The internship requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders across regions and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in coordinating projects.
- Manage internal communication, follow-ups, and coordination with Zonal & Regional HR teams and the Marketing team.
- Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and data sheets using Excel, including pivot tables and basic dashboards.
- Assist in designing simple dashboards and insights for leadership review.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with internal stakeholders to gather information and close action items.
- Provide operational and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of certification timelines and HR initiatives.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic dashboards, lookups preferred).
- Comfort with data handling, basic analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong internal stakeholder management skills with the confidence to follow up and drive outcomes.
- Ability to think on your feetwitty, sharp, and quick to grasp new concepts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Immediate joiners only candidates looking for summer internships or future joining dates are not eligible.
- Full-time, on-site availability (5 days a week) is mandatory.
- Part-time or remote internship seekers should not apply.
- Candidates genuinely interested in learning, taking ownership, and building long-term professional depth are preferred.
