At Clinikally, we are building the future of personalized skincare through a full-stack digital health and commerce platform. We connect users with dermatologists, personalized skincare routines, and curated products, while building a seamless digital experience across healthcare and commerce.

We are looking for enthusiastic and eager-to-learn HR Interns who are excited to build great people experiences and get hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, grievance support, and offboarding processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, detail-focused, and excited to learn how HR functions work in a growing startup.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain candidate trackers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling.
  • Support offer rollouts, document collection, and joining coordination.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding formalities and ensure timely completion of joining documents.
  • Help with HR compliance-related documentation and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave, and HR process-related queries.
Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, activities, and internal communication.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive employee experience across teams.
  • Assist in planning and executing people initiatives and workplace activities.
Employee Grievances & Support
  • Act as a support point for basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR team for resolution.
  • Help document and track employee concerns, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
Offboarding
  • Support exit formalities, documentation, asset coordination, and clearance follow-ups.
  • Help maintain offboarding trackers and ensure a smooth employee exit process.
