About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media channels.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding activities and documentation.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain records of hiring activities.
  • Assist in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
