Human Resources Intern

Job Description:

ABP Network is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join its HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA (HR) pursuing final year or recently completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
