Role Description

The Human Resources Intern role at BhejDe™ is a full-time, remote position. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. They will help draft and update HR documents, such as policies, offer letters, and onboarding materials. The role includes supporting employee data management, helping coordinate virtual onboarding, and responding to basic HR-related queries from team members. The intern will also assist with employee engagement initiatives, tracking leave and attendance, and maintaining confidential HR files and reports as directed by HR leadership.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge or academic exposure to Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including willingness to learn how these are applied in a fast-growing organization.
  • Basic skills or interest in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting team member lifecycle activities.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, HR or productivity software) and the ability to work independently with guidance.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Source and screen candidates across job portals and LinkedIn
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and culture activities

What We're Looking For

  • MBA (HR) / BBA / PGDM student or recent graduate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational ability
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Naukri is a plus
  • Genuine interest in people, culture, and talent development
