Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage key employee lifecycle processes with a primary focus on onboarding and offboarding operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, process orientation, and the ability to ensure timely closure of HR operational activities while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure completion of pre-onboarding formalities including documentation, form filling, background checks, and employee communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth employee joining and exit experience
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR operational activities including vendor management, invoice processing, and contractual manpower coordination.
- Track and ensure timely closure of all operational tasks and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle employee queries related to onboarding, exits, and HR operations processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and operational SLAs.
Candidate Requirement
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes is mandatory.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and operational processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely closures.
- Comfortable working from office all 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization will be an added advantage.
