Job Description

Industry & Sector: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition within the HR Consulting & Career Services sector. We deliver end-to-end staffing solutions, employer branding support, and candidate engagement services for organisations across India and global remote teams.

Role Title (standardised): HR Intern / Human Resources Intern

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases with accurate statuses and notes.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks including preparation of joining documents, welcome communications, and basic induction coordination.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and weekly reports (candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Execute outreach campaigns on job boards and social platforms; support employer-branding activities and candidate engagement.
  • Handle routine HR administration: maintain employee records, support document collection, and respond to candidate queries professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Available to work remotely from India with reliable internet and flexible overlap with IST business hours.
