Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in a wide range of HR functions, including supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee records, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support for ongoing HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in job postings, sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Support recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation and team introductions.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems.
HR Operations & Documentation:
- Help maintain HR systems, update records, and assist with payroll and policy implementation.
- Ensure HR compliance and support day-to-day HR administration.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Organise employee engagement activities and gather feedback to improve the work environment.
- Assist in fostering a positive, collaborative company culture.
Proactivity & Ownership:
- Identify and implement process improvements in HR functions to drive efficiency.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Display accountability and go above and beyond to make HR operations seamless.
Essential Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Organisational/ Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Skills & Experiences:
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic understanding of HR principles, particularly recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
