Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start their career in HR. The selected candidate will assist in HR operations, onboarding, documentation, data management, and employee support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Support
- Assist in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure all required forms are completed.
- Support in conducting induction sessions and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
2. HR Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS/HRMS under supervision.
- Ensure accurate filing of documents (digital and physical).
- Assist in generating HR reports as required.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Support in monitoring attendance and leave records.
- Help process leave requests and escalate discrepancies to HR Executive.
4. Employee Benefits & Queries
- Assist in coordinating employee benefits activities such as insurance enrollment.
- Respond to basic employee queries with professionalism and direct complex queries to senior HR team members.
5. Employee Life Cycle Support
- Assist in processes such as confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Prepare basic HR letters (employment, experience, etc.) with guidance.
6. HR Operations & Engagement Activities
- Support in organizing employee engagement events and HR initiatives.
- Assist in tracking employee referral submissions and follow-up actions.
7. Compliance & Policy Support
- Help ensure HR documents and processes follow internal policies.
- Stay updated on basic HR practices and compliance requirements.

- Responsiveness to employee queries
- Contribution to HR initiatives and culture-building activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or administration (internship experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and strong interest in HR as a career.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, disciplined, and eager to learn.
