Role Title (standardised): HR Intern / Human Resources Intern
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases with accurate statuses and notes.
- Assist with onboarding tasks including preparation of joining documents, welcome communications, and basic induction coordination.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and weekly reports (candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Execute outreach campaigns on job boards and social platforms; support employer-branding activities and candidate engagement.
- Handle routine HR administration: maintain employee records, support document collection, and respond to candidate queries professionally and promptly.
