Job Description

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and promoting opportunities through job portals and online hiring platforms.
  • Screen and assess resumes to identify candidates whose skills and experience align with the role requirements and organizational goals.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability, brief them about job roles and responsibilities, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and applicants to coordinate interviews and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep recruitment data, interview records, and candidate trackers updated while also assisting with onboarding procedures and necessary HR documentation.
