- Assist the Sales BHR Lead in managing HR deliverables for the Sales function across regions, acting as a key support in day-to-day and strategic activities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle for the frontline sales team including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
- Track and maintain recruitment MIS , publish relevant reports.
- Address and resolve basic employee queries and ensure documentation compliance
- Assist in executing recognition programs, incentive payouts, and regional HR initiatives
- Visit field locations as needed to support on-ground HR interventions and pulse checks
Technical skills
MBA in HR with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven with high ownership and execution focus
Ability to travel to support on-ground sales HR needs
