Role Description

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR processes and activities to support employees and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, The role requires supporting training and development efforts and handling HR administrative tasks. This is a contract position based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development
• Ability to handle HR administrative tasks and maintain confidential employee records
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage
