Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and/or non-IT roles

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds

• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment
