Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Chennai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, enforce company policies, manage recruitment and employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. They will play a key role in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations
• Strong skills in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Laws
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is beneficial
