Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar, including coordinating high-level meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Prepare executive-level materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and presentations; accurately record meeting minutes and drive follow-up on key action items.
- Conduct strategic market research and competitive analysis to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations in support of executive decision-making.
- Oversee and manage the CEO's communications, including email and phone correspondence; draft, edit, and proofread high-quality documents, reports, and presentations that reflect the CEO's voice and organizational standards.
Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need a proactive approach, high attention to detail, and the following capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with an anticipatory need, taking the initiative.
- Integrity in maintaining confidentiality.
- High organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
