Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders (academic, sales, operations)
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding process
- Maintain ATS/recruitment trackers and generate reports
- Support employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives
Requirements
- MBA (HR) / Any graduate
- 0-2 years experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing strategies
