Job Summary: We are looking for a HR-Generalist to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly towards the HR processes, hiring, culture of the company and day to day activities . This role is ideal for someone with hunger to learn and grow at a fast pace, who is highly organized and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Any graduate with relevant experience. 13 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or SME. Ability to independently hire for both technical and non-technical roles, with proficiency in screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Strong understanding of attendance and leave management, confirmation cycles, performance evaluation processes, and exit & FnF procedures. High-ownership mindset with strong organizational skills, and the ability to set up and improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Recruitment- Technical and Nontechnical roles. 2. Onboarding and documentation. 3. Posts for festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, rewards & recognitions, 21st Nov-Basil Day, etc 4. HRMS.
b) Employee Lifecycle Management:
1. Exit process and Full & Final (FnF) 2. Attendance and leave record 3. HRMS updates Salary slips 4. Asset allocation sheet 5. Performance evaluation
6. Increment cycle and tracker sheet-Appraisal letters 7. Handle email communication with teams and probation completions. 8. Maintain employee master data.
c) Payroll, Benefits & Reimbursements:
1. Reimbursements 2. Salary sheet with ESOP's 3. Petty cash sheet 4. ESIC, PF, LWF, Professional Tax, Gratuity and record maintenance. 5. Tax declarations and proof collection- Tax calculation verification.
d) Travel & Logistics:
1. Travel sheet -Travelling people. 2. SIM cards tracking and procurement Handover. 3. Travel Bookings and tracker.
e) Compliance & Documentation:
1. Shop Act, Trade License, FSSAI, Agreements, Contracts 2. License Renewal Calendar 3. POSH training twice a year and filing at year-end 4. Policy revisions and updates Holiday calendars 5. ID and passwords NAPS, Shop, Trade, FSSAI, PF, ESI, LWF, Zoho, GoDaddy, Dropbox, Onsurity 6. MOA, AOA Revised docs to be maintained 7. Vendor Database 8. Timely registration of ESIC, PF.
f) Engagement & Culture:
1. Monthly sports activity
2. Quarterly townhall 3. Quarterly OneonOnes 4. Float feedback form quarterly. 5. Monthly one on one with the team- Building relationship 6. Yearly offsite visit plan and execute
