We're looking for an HR Generalist who can own and build QUA's people function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
- Design and execute smooth onboarding and induction experiences.
- Plan team-bonding activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and attendance systems.
- Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Draft and update company policies in line with QUA's values.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or startups.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.
- Empathetic, organised, and proactive- a people person with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and high-growth environment.
