About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

- Administering Compensation and Benefit Plans.

- Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes.

- Conduct Employee Onboarding and Help Plan Training & Development.

- Providing Support to Employees in Various HR-Related Topics such as Leaves and Compensation and Resolving any issue that may arise.

- Promoting HR Programs to create an Efficient and Conflict-Free Workplace.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies.

- Undertaking Tasks around Performance Management.

- Maintain Employee files and records

- Enhance Job Satisfaction by Resolving Issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.

- Ensure Compliance with Labor Regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and equivalent experience in Human Resources
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict resolution abilities
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
