About Role

PedalStart is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Associate will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing performance management programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in Non-IT recruitment [1-3 Years Experienced]
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across functions
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus

Work Days: 6 days/ Week (On-site)

Compensation: INR 4-6 LPA

Location: MG Road, Gurugram

Work Timings: 11am - 8pm
