We're looking for an HR who's the exact opposite of Toby Flendersona people-first recruiter who understands startup speed and can help us (and our portfolio brands) hire the right talent, fast. Less policy decks, more pipelines and great conversations.

You'll thrive if you

Have 23 years in HR/talent with strong hands-on hiring chops (startup experience is a plus)

Get startup speed and can prioritize without hiding behind processes

Are a people personread vibes, spot red flags, and close great talent

Communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through

Are NCR-based (or willing to be here)

What you'll do

Own end-to-end hiring across SailThru + portfolio (JD sourcing screening closing)

Build proactive talent pipelines; run fast, structured interviews; keep a tight hiring SLAs

Hire for culture + craft, not just shiny resumes; set simple, practical scorecards with founders

Stand up lightweight HR basics (onboarding, offers, comp bands) without the bureaucracy

Be the voice of people + culture in a room full of builders

Nice to have

Experience supporting multiple teams/brands at once

Comfort setting up lightweight HR ops (offers, benefits basics, onboarding)
