About the role :

Looking to hire an HR Operations Executive who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating smooth employee experiences across the organization. If you enjoy managing HR processes, coordinating with teams, and ensuring operations run efficiently, this role is for you. Read along!

Role type: Full-time.

In-office Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru.

Experience: 1- 3 years in Human Resources.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in HR Operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing HR documentation, attendance, and coordination.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Handle employee documentation, HR records, and database management.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and process coordination.

Insurance & Employee Benefits:

  • Coordinate employee insurance enrollments, updates, and claims support.
  • Resolve employee queries related to insurance and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and coverage.

Probation & Performance Coordination:

  • Track probation timelines and coordinate review processes.
  • Follow up with managers for performance feedback and confirmation updates.
  • Maintain probation and performance-related documentation.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate wellness programs, team events, and culture-building activities.
  • Work closely with teams to enhance overall employee experience.

HR Audits & Reporting:

  • Prepare HR reports related to onboarding, probation, attrition, and engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies.

HR Operations Support:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
  • Support employees with HR-related queries and coordination across teams.
