Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement HR policies, build and maintain employee relations, and oversee performance management systems. The role includes supporting organizational goals through effective resource planning, recruitment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies.
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in retail or franchise industries is an advantage.
