Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee records, facilitating performance evaluations, and supporting in policy development and implementation. You will serve as a key liaison between the organization and its employees, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources practices
- Experience in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and ensuring a positive work culture
- Knowledge and application of HR Policies and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and navigate a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is a plus
